This ship has been painstakingly recreated in high-quality plastic materials then hand painted with an incredible level of detail. The ship also comes with a full color collector magazine. It measures approximately 4-7/8 inches long by 3-7/8 inches wide by 2-1/2 inches tall while mounted on the included stand.

This 24th-century Starfleet vessel served in the Dominion War and was often stationed near Deep Space 9 in order to protect it. The Yeager consisted of the primary hull and nacelles from an Intrepid-class ship mixed with the hull of a Maquis Raider. It was one of a number of ‘hybrid’ ships that combined parts from different classes in order to rush more vessels into service, due to the impending danger of the Dominion War. The U.S.S. Yeager NCC-65674 first appeared in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Dr. Bashir, I presume".

The fully illustrated magazine provides an in-depth profile of the U.S.S. Yeager as well as a look at how the studio model of the U.S.S. Yeager was created by visual effects supervisor Gary Hutzel.

This model is part of the Starships Collection of Star Trek vehicles by Eaglemoss. This incredible collection includes all the most significant ships from the five Star Trek television series. Imported from the U.K. with limited distribution in the U.S., these models are not easy to find for sale in the United States.

The collection features a full range of Federation and alien vessels including seven incarnations of the Enterprise; all the major Klingon vessels including the Bird-of-Prey; Dominion; Borg; and Romulan ships and is slated to include about 160 ships in total.
