This ship has been painstakingly recreated in die-cast and plastic materials then hand painted with an incredible level of detail. The vehicle also comes with a full color collector magazine. Vehicle measures approximately 5-inches long x 3 1/2-inches wide x 2-inches tall.

In 2267, the Enterprise was on a mission to the Halkan homeworld to secure the Halkan's submission to the Empire, in the form of mining rights to the dilithium crystals on the planet. With the Halkan refusal, the landing party consisting of Kirk, CMO Leonard McCoy, Chief Engineer Montgomery Scott, and communications officer Nyota Uhura were transported back to the ship through an Ion storm that was in the area. The landing party that rematerialized was from another Enterprise in a parallel universe.

The Federation Constitution-class heavy cruiser USS Enterprise was almost identical in configuration to the ISS Enterprise of the 2260s, bearing the same registry, NCC-1701. However, many minute details distinguished it, such as the lack of the dagger emblem of the Empire painted on the doors, and agony booths to keep the crew in line. The use of armed soldiers in the corridors and agonizers was also unheard of. As seen the in the classic original series episode "Mirror, Mirror".

The fully illustrated magazine includes details of the ISS Enterprise's capabilities, design, and appearance in Star Trek. It also features articles on the crew of the ISS Enterprise, and the history of the Star Trek mirrior universe.

The ISS Enterprise NCC-1701 is a subset of the Starships Collection of Star Trek vehicles by Eaglemoss. This incredible collection includes all the most significant ships from the five Star Trek television series. Imported from the U.K. with limited distribution in the U.S., these ships are not easy to find for sale in the United States.

The collection features a full range of Federation and alien vessels including seven incarnations of the Enterprise; all the major Klingon vessels including the Bird-of-Prey; Dominion; Borg; and Romulan ships and is slated to include about 110 ships in total.
